Rebecca Farm Lodge – Terms & Conditions 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By proceeding with booking and/or payment, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Guest and Rebecca Farm Lodge.

 

2. Business Identity and Operating Name 

This lodging operation is owned and operated by 1828 Adventure Co. ("Operator"), which conducts business under the trade name Rebecca Farm Lodge. Guests acknowledge that Rebecca Farm Lodge is a trade name only and not a separate legal entity. All obligations and liabilities are those of 1828 Adventure Co.

3. Check-In / Check-Out 

Check-in: 3:00 PM 
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out or early check-in may result in fees.

4. Maximum Occupancy 

Occupancy must not exceed the maximum allowed per room or unit. 

​

5. Use of Property 

Property is for lawful lodging use only. Guests must follow all laws and lodge rules.

6. Liability Disclaimer 

The Lodge is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles. Guests use the property at their own risk.

Hunting, Fishing, and Regulated Activities 
​

  • Guests participating in hunting, fishing, or any other regulated activities are solely responsible for ensuring they hold all required licenses, permits, and certifications as required by applicable Provincial and Federal Canadian laws and regulations 

  • Guests are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and seasons governing such activities 

  • For hunting or harvesting activities specifically: 

  • Guests are solely responsible for the proper handling, processing, transport, and disposal of any harvested game 

  • All activities must comply with applicable Provincial and Federal Canadian guidelines

Rebecca Farm Lodge and 1828 Adventure Co. assume no responsibility or liability related to: 

  • Licensing compliance 

  • Regulatory violations 

  • Handling, processing, storage, or transportation of game or fish 

  • Any resulting fines, penalties, or legal consequences 

 

7. Security Deposit & Incidentals 

A security deposit is required: 
Single rooms: Minimum one night stay value 
Full lodge buyouts: $1,000 minimum 
 
A valid credit card must be provided and maintained on file for all guests. 
Rebecca Farm Lodge reserves the right to charge the card on file for damages, cleaning, policy violations, or unpaid charges. 
 
Failure to provide a valid credit card may result in refusal of check-in.

8. Damage to Property 

Damages will be billed on a cost-plus basis with a minimum charge of $500 per incident

. 

9. Smoking Policy 

Smoking is prohibited inside all buildings and vehicles. Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Violations result in a $750 fee.

10. Firearms Policy 

No firearms inside lodge. Must be secured properly and comply with Canadian Firearms Act. 

​

11. Conduct & Quiet Hours 

Guests must respect the property. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. 

​

12. Force Majeure 

The Lodge is not liable for events beyond control including weather or government actions.

 

13. Cancellation Policy 

Rooms: Full refund 14+ days; 50% 7–13 days; none <7 days. 
Buyouts: Full refund 30+ days; 50% 14–29 days; none <14 days. 
24-hour grace period applies. 
No-shows charged 100%. No refunds for early departure. 

 

14. Release & Waiver 

Guests release the Lodge and 1828 Adventure Co. from liability related to use and activities. Includes all recreational and outdoor activities whether supervised or unsupervised.

15. Entire Agreement 

These Terms represent the entire agreement.
